July Health Tip:

Self-care isn’t just about bubble baths and face masks (though those are great too). It’s about checking in with yourself and giving your mind and body what they actually need to function without running on empty.

Because “self-care” means something different to everyone, let’s break it down:

• Physical: Moving your body, getting enough sleep, drinking water, or just taking five minutes to stretch.

• Mental/Emotional: Journaling, setting a firm boundary.

• Social: Reaching out to a friend who lifts your mood.

• Quick Check-In: Close your eyes, take one deep breath, and notice where you are holding tension right now (usually it’s the jaw, shoulders, or forehead). Let it GO!!!
