A letter from the Pastor and First Lady

I realize that the pastoral position is a calling from God that I have taken very seriously over the years. I would like to thank CBC for welcoming Colette and I with open arms. We have been off to a great start then Covid-19 hit us. God has allowed us to maintain and improve our ministry in spite of the pandemic with the implementation of various on-line services that have reached many over the past several weeks.

When we are sent to do a assignment, we are filled with the expectations that we will follow the guidelines and expectations of our employer(God) and fulfill our duties as we promised we would when assigned it. Our goals are to help CBC and the community become the best people of God that we can be!!!

Giving our lives to Christ means becoming a servant to others as an ambassador of the Kingdom of Heaven (2 Corinthians 5:20). It is the most important “assignment” we’ll ever have. Do it to the best of our abilities and in such a way that one day we will all hear the words: “Well done, my good and faithful servant” (Matthew 25:21).

We are looking forward to an awesome time in the Lord with moving CBC into the next phase. To God Be the Glory!!!

PASTOR DONALD WAYNE SMITH and FIRST LADY COLETTE SMITH

Sunday Service

Centennial Baptist openly invites you and your family to join us at 10:00 am, on Sunday mornings, as we begin the day with Sunday school. We pray that you will then join us in the sanctuary at 11:15 am as we begin Sunday morning worship led by Pastor Donald W. Smith!

Bible Study

Starting at 6:00 pm on Wednesday evenings, we dive into a very compelling Bible Study led not only by Pastor Smith, but also by the people that are in attendance. This gives each and every person a special opportunity to participate and be heard.
